Last year this Land Rover Defender TD5, came in to have a refurb in prep for its first ski season in the French Alps. The modifications included new interior seats, steering wheel, panoramic windows, roof rack and ladder. The finishing touch was a bespoke ski-rack designed by our in-house fabricator.
The Defender returned for a few months for additional modifications before heading back to France for another season. The new work included further work to the ski rack – to house more skis; uprated suspension, wheels and tyres; more charging points within the vehicle, and uprated LED light replacements.
The vehicle’s black metalwork has now been powder coated to provide lasting protection against the harsh winter elements. When all of the modifications are complete, our engineers undertake a full service to ensure the season is as trouble-free as possible.
